Creating a Project
Navigate to the Projects section in the main menu
Click "New project"
Choose project type:
Game Project: Link to a specific game in your Games Center
Team Project: For non-game projects like marketing or events
For Game Projects:
Select "Link this project to a game"
Choose the relevant game from your Games Center
Enter project name (up to 150 characters)
Set access permissions. This will determine which type of members can see and access this project.
Project Organization
Group tasks by project or assignee
Use tags for categorization (e.g., "Marketing," "Design")
Create custom tags with color coding
Track completion rates and milestones
Monitor deadline adherence
Team Collaboration
Assign tasks to team members
Add comments and feedback
Share updates and progress
Control access levels for different stakeholders
Maintain clear communication channels
