Project Creation and Setup

  1. Initialize Project

    • Click "New project" in the Projects section

      Click on New project
    • Select project type:

      • Game Project: For game-specific development

      • Team Project: For general team activities

        Click on Team   Game
    • Name your project (up to 150 characters)

      Click on Project name

  2. Configure Access Permissions

3. Create Project

Click on Create project

Task Management

  1. Creating Tasks

    • Click "New Task" button

      Click on New Task
    • Enter essential details:

      • Task name

        Type "Review email announcement"
      • Assignee (team member responsible)

        Click on Bordy (<a href="mailto:hello@boardssey.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">hello@boardssey.com</a>)
      • Due date

        Click on 14
      • Priority level (No Priority, Low, Medium, High)

        Click on Medium
      • Tags for categorization

        Click on Event
    • Add a detailed description if needed

    • Create Task

      Click on Create task

      Click on Open task
    • Add subtasks to existing tasks

      Type "Review recipient list"
    • Convert subtasks to full tasks when needed

      Click on Convert to task
