Tips and common questions
I don’t see any action items or urgent tasks.
That usually means there’s nothing assigned to you right now, or your filters are hiding them. Check that you’re in the correct team and that you haven’t applied a filter that excludes everything.
Where do I suggest a new feature?
Use the “Suggest a feature” or “Submit idea” link on the dashboard (or in the News/feedback area). You may be taken to a separate feedback or roadmap site where you can describe your idea and sometimes vote on others’.
The roadmap looks different from the app.
The roadmap is often hosted on a separate site (e.g. Frill). What you see there (Shipped, In Development, Up Next) is the same roadmap; the layout is that site’s design.
I can’t find a certain section.
Use the left sidebar: Games, Catalog, Projects, Playtests, Whiteboard, Sell Sheets, Tools, and Contacts are all there. If you use Tools, expand its submenu to see categories. If something still doesn’t appear, your team’s plan may not include it—check with your admin or Settings.
How do I change my password or email?
Click your name (or avatar) to open your account menu, then open Settings. Account details like email and password are usually under a “Profile” or “Account” section there.
This article describes the Boardssey Dashboard and related areas as of the date it was written. Some labels or layouts may change; if something on your screen doesn’t match, check the in-app Help Center or contact support.
