  • What you can do: Click Mark as, then pick the status that matches where the sell sheet is (e.g. draft vs. ready).

Tips & common questions

Where do I find sell sheets?
Open a game from your Games list, then click the Sell Sheets tab on that game’s page. All sell sheets for that game are listed there.

What’s the difference between Edit and Edit Sell Sheet Details…?
Edit (or Open in Editor) opens the full design editor so you can change layout, text, and images. Edit Sell Sheet Details… opens a form only for the sell sheet’s name and metadata—use it when you just need to rename or update details without changing the design.

Can I have more than one sell sheet per game?
Yes. Use Design New Sell Sheet each time you want to add another. You can use different templates for different purposes (e.g. one for publishers, one for playtesters).

How do I know which sell sheets are ready to share?
Use Mark as from the Open menu to set a status (e.g. Draft, Ready to share). The status appears in the sell sheets list so you and your team can see it at a glance.
