Boardssey ships new features and fixes all the time. This page tells you where to see what changed: inside the app, through the gift icon at the top of the sidebar, and here in the help center, through the What's New posts.
What this page helps you do
- Read the newest announcements without leaving the app.
- Find the What's New posts in this collection.
- Get to the roadmap for what is coming next.

See announcements in the app
Click the gift icon next to the Boardssey logo at the top of the sidebar.
Helpful details
- Key areas: a panel opens over the app with the latest announcements, the roadmap and an ideas board where you can post and vote.
- What you can do: read what shipped, click through to the roadmap, and leave feedback. The panel knows who you are from your Boardssey email, so you do not need another account.
- Good to know: the gift icon is hidden when the sidebar is collapsed to icons. Expand the sidebar to see it.
Read the What's New posts
Longer write-ups live in this Updates & support collection, one post per release period.
Helpful details
- Key areas: each post carries its month in the title, for example What's New - April 2026. The newest post sits at the top of the collection.
- What you can do: browse older posts when you have been away for a while, or when you want to know when a feature arrived. Posts go back to March 2025.
- Good to know: posts come out when there is enough to say, not on a fixed schedule. The gift icon is always the quickest way to see the newest announcement.

Tips & common questions
Will I get an email when something new ships? No. Boardssey's email notifications cover your own work (chat mentions, task assignments and reminders, outreach reminders), not product announcements. Check the gift icon or this collection.
Can I turn announcements off? There is nothing to turn off. The gift icon only shows something when you click it.
A feature I expected is not in the latest post. Open the roadmap from the gift icon. If it is not there either, post it as an idea: see Roadmap and feature requests.
I see a "New version available" banner in the app. That means the app itself was updated while you had it open. Click Reload and Update to get the latest version.
