This month
The most recent monthly update is published in the Updates & support collection. Filter the collection or sort by recent, the date is in each entry's title (e.g. What's new, April 2026).
If you're reading this in Intercom, the latest entry is at the top of the collection's article list.
Past updates
Every monthly update stays in the collection forever. Browse them when:
You skipped a few months and want to catch up.
You're trying to remember when a specific feature shipped.
You want to see the cadence of changes for context.
Updates go back to early 2025.

Tips & common questions
Will I get an email when a new update ships? We publish a monthly post and (when relevant) email a notification. Email frequency is up to your Notifications settings.
Can I subscribe to updates only, without other notifications? Adjust Notifications preferences in Settings → User → Notifications. The "what's new" channel is separate from in-app notifications.
A feature I expected isn't in the latest update. Check the roadmap, it might be in Now or Next but not yet shipped. If it's not visible there, submit a feature request.
