Customizing Your Profile

Personal Settings

After creating your account, personalize your profile:

  1. Click on your name in the bottom left corner to access the menu.

  2. Select "Settings" to access your profile settings.

  3. On the profile settings page:

    • Upload a profile picture by clicking on the profile picture section

    • Update your display name if needed

    • Change your password by:

      • Enter your current password

      • Enter your new password

      • Confirm your new password

    • Configure your BGG Hotness preferences using the toggle switch

Team Settings

Configure your team's workspace settings:

  1. Click on your name in the bottom left corner to access the menu and go to "Settings".

  2. Select "Team Account" to access team settings.

    Click on Team Account
  3. On the team settings page:

    • Update your team name

    • Set your team's logo

    • Configure team-wide preferences

Team Management

Inviting Team Members

Build your team by inviting collaborators:

  1. Select "Team Members" from the menu.

    Click on Team Members

  2. Click the "Invite Members" button.

    Click on Invite Members
  3. For each team member:

    • Enter their email address

    • Select their role level (Admin, Member, or Collaborator). This can be updated later

      Click on Admin  Member  Collaborator

    • Add additional members as needed

    • Click "Send Invites" to distribute invitations

      Click on Send Invites

Understanding Access Levels

Each team member can be assigned one of three access levels:

  1. Admin

    • Full access to all team settings and features

    • Can invite and manage team members

    • Can modify team settings and billing

    • Has access to all projects and games

    • Can create and delete any content

    • Can manage team subscriptions and billing

  2. Member

    • Can access all team projects and games

    • Can create new projects and games

    • Can invite collaborators to specific projects

    • Can edit content they have access to

    • Cannot access team billing or subscription settings

    • Cannot modify team settings

  3. Collaborator

    • Limited access to specific projects they're invited to

    • Can view and edit assigned projects only

    • Cannot create new projects or games

    • Cannot invite other team members

    • Cannot access team settings

    • Perfect for external contractors or temporary team members
