If you are a LaunchBoom client, your team gets Boardssey free for 3 months, with no card and every Oracle feature switched on. This page is for LaunchBoom clients setting up their team.

You'll start from the LaunchBoom sign-up link, which opens Boardssey's sign-up page with the program already attached.
Before you start
- You need the LaunchBoom sign-up link from LaunchBoom. It is a normal Boardssey sign-up page with the program attached; a regular sign-up does not show the offer.
- The program replaces the 14-day trial. There is no trial clock on top of it.
- No card is asked for at any point.
Claim the free access
- Open the sign-up link you received from LaunchBoom and create your account.
- Follow the setup steps (your profile, then your team).
- On the Plan step you see one card with the badge LaunchBoom Customer Exclusive, the text 3 months free access and "Complimentary for LaunchBoom customers".
- Click Claim Free Access.
Helpful details
- Key areas: the Plan step of setup. There is no Stripe checkout and no card form.
- What you can do: start using the team right away; every feature is on from the first minute.
- Good to know: the card is labelled Pathfinder, but the program includes more than the Pathfinder plan (see below).
What you get
The LaunchBoom plan has the Pathfinder limits and every Oracle extra:
- 20 games and 40 projects, unlimited users and playtests.
- Whiteboard, Sell Sheet Designer, Component Designer, 3D Mockups and the Virtual Table.
- Team Chat with voice and video rooms, Virtual Table AI Automations and Multiple Catalogs, which are otherwise Oracle only.

- What you can do: everything an Oracle team can do, except that games and projects are capped at 20 and 40.
- Good to know: Component Designer, Virtual Table and 3D Mockups are beta features rolling out to teams and may appear a little later.
What happens after 3 months
The free subscription is created with an end date 90 days out. When that date passes the subscription ends, and the team is locked: every page redirects to the Billing page until someone picks a paid plan. Nothing is deleted and no card is charged, because none is on file.
Helpful details
- Key areas: the Billing page shows your plan and the date it is scheduled to end ("Your subscription is scheduled to be canceled on ...").
- What you can do: before or after the end date, the Primary Owner opens Settings > Billing (or an Admin clicks any upgrade button) and starts Adventurer, Pathfinder or Oracle through Stripe checkout.
- Good to know: to keep Team Chat and the other Oracle extras, choose Oracle. Pathfinder keeps the design tools but not chat.
Tips & common questions
Do I need a credit card? No. The program is created without checkout. A card is only needed when you choose a paid plan after the 90 days.
Can I combine LaunchBoom with the 14-day trial? No, and you do not need to. The program replaces the trial.
Can I move to Oracle before the 3 months end? Pick a paid plan on the Billing page whenever you like. Starting a paid plan ends the free one, so most teams wait until the 90 days are nearly over.
I signed up without the link. Can I still get the program? The offer is attached to the sign-up link. Ask LaunchBoom for the link, or contact us through the chat bubble.
Does my data disappear at the end? No. Games, projects, playtests and chat history all stay. The team opens again as soon as a plan is chosen.
