If you are a Panda Game Manufacturing client, your team gets the Boardssey Pathfinder plan free, with no card. This page is for Panda clients setting up their team.

You'll start from the Panda sign-up link, which opens Boardssey's sign-up page with the program already attached.
Before you start
- You need the Panda sign-up link from Panda Game Manufacturing. A regular sign-up does not show the offer.
- The program replaces the 14-day trial.
- No card is asked for at any point.
Claim the free access
- Open the sign-up link you received from Panda and create your account.
- Follow the setup steps (your profile, then your team).
- On the Plan step you see one card with the badge Panda GM Customer Exclusive, the price Free and "Complimentary with your Panda partnership".
- Click Claim Free Access.

What you get
The Panda plan matches Pathfinder:
- 20 games and 40 projects, unlimited users and playtests.
- Whiteboard, Sell Sheet Designer, Component Designer, 3D Mockups and the Virtual Table.
- The Catalog, game version tracking and every tool on the Tools page.

- What you can do: everything a paying Pathfinder team can do.
- Good to know: Team Chat, Virtual Table AI Automations and Multiple Catalogs are not included; those are Oracle features. Component Designer, Virtual Table and 3D Mockups are beta features rolling out to teams.
If the partnership ends
Nothing in Boardssey ends the Panda plan on its own: there is no end date and no automatic reminder. If your relationship with Panda changes, Panda or Boardssey arranges the change with you directly.
Helpful details
- Key areas: the Billing page, where the Primary Owner (or an Admin through any upgrade button) can start a paid plan at any time.
- What you can do: move to Oracle for Team Chat and the other extras by starting a paid plan through Stripe checkout.
- Good to know: if the free plan is ever cancelled, the team is locked (every page redirects to Billing) until a plan is chosen. Nothing is deleted.
Tips & common questions
Do I need a credit card? No. The Panda plan is created without checkout.
Can I combine Panda with the 14-day trial? No, and you do not need to. The program replaces the trial.
Can I upgrade to Oracle? Yes. Pick Oracle on the Billing page and pay through Stripe like any other team. Starting a paid plan replaces the free one.
I signed up without the link. Can I still get the program? The offer is attached to the sign-up link. Ask Panda for the link, or contact us through the chat bubble.
I am a Panda client and do not see the offer. Make sure you opened the link Panda gave you before creating the account. If it still does not appear, contact us through the chat bubble.
