Run several catalogs (markets, languages, audiences)
Create up to 10 catalogs per team on Oracle, each with its own address, games, prices, language, design and pages.

One catalog fits most designers. A publisher selling in several countries, or pitching to retailers and reviewers separately, can run several catalogs: one per market, language or audience, each at its own address with its own games, prices, design and pages.
What this page helps you do
- Create a new catalog as a copy of your main one.
- Switch between catalogs in the settings.
- Rename or delete a catalog.
- Understand what each catalog has of its own.
You'll start from the Catalog page, using the Catalog picker above the tabs.
Before you start
- More catalogs come with the Oracle plan (and the LaunchBoom partner plan). Other plans have one catalog. See Plans and pricing.
- Only Admins can create, rename or delete catalogs. Members can change the games, address and texts of any catalog.
- A team can have up to 10 catalogs.
Create a catalog
In the sidebar, click Catalog. Above the tabs, click New catalog. Give it a Name (only your team sees it, for example "Portugal") and an Address (lowercase letters, numbers and dashes). Click Create catalog.
Helpful details
- Key areas: the New catalog dialog explains that the catalog "starts as a copy of your main catalog, with the same design, pages and games. Change anything afterwards: your other catalogs stay as they are."
- What you can do: prepare the new catalog in private. It is created unpublished, so you can translate it, pick its games and set prices before anyone sees it.
- Good to know: on a plan without more catalogs, New catalog leads to a page titled "More catalogs are an Oracle plan feature" with an Upgrade to Oracle button and a Back to catalog link.
Switch between catalogs
The Catalog picker above the tabs lists every catalog of the team. The main one is marked Main, and each one shows Published or Not published. Pick a catalog and the tabs below show its settings.
Helpful details
- Key areas: the picker appears as soon as your main catalog is published or you have more than one catalog.
- What you can do: the Enable Catalog Sharing / Disable Catalog Sharing button in the page header acts on the catalog you picked, so you publish each catalog separately.
- Good to know: an unpublished extra catalog still shows all its tabs, so you can work on it. Its Design preview says "Publish this catalog to preview it here." until it is live.
Rename or delete a catalog
Next to the picker, the Catalog options menu offers Rename and, for every catalog except the main one, Delete.
Helpful details
- Key areas: Rename changes the team-only name. Delete asks you to confirm with Delete catalog.
- What you can do: delete a catalog you no longer need. "Its address stops working, and its design, pages and prices are deleted. Messages it received stay in your inbox, and your games stay in Boardssey."
- Good to know: the main catalog cannot be deleted. Disable it instead if you want it offline.
What each catalog has of its own
Every catalog keeps its own settings in every tab.
Helpful details
- Key areas: its own address, games and their order, New badges, prices and currency (Shared Games); its own language and translations (Translations); its own logo, colors, fonts and layout (Design); its own pages and menu (Pages); its own analytics IDs and custom code (Advanced); its own stats.
- What you can do: show one game at 39.99 USD in your American catalog and 36.99 EUR in your European one, with the description in each language.
- Good to know: messages from every catalog land in the same Messages tab, with a Catalog column so you know where each one came from. Your games themselves are shared: edit a game once and every catalog that lists it updates.
Tips & common questions
I created a catalog but visitors get a "not found" page. Pick the catalog in the picker and click Enable Catalog Sharing. New catalogs stay private until you publish them.
Can a catalog have a different logo than my team? Yes. Each catalog has its own Logo and intro section in Design. A catalog without its own logo shows the team logo.
What happens to my extra catalogs if I move to a lower plan? They stay in your settings, but creating new ones needs the Oracle plan again. If you plan to downgrade, delete the catalogs you no longer need first.
Can I copy a catalog other than the main one? No. A new catalog always starts as a copy of your main catalog.
