How to redeem
Redemption is handled by LaunchBoom, not in-app on Boardssey.
Reach out to your LaunchBoom contact.
They'll provide the access details for the program.
Follow their instructions to activate your Pathfinder access.
We don't take redemption codes in-app and we don't list a redemption link here, on purpose, the program runs through LaunchBoom and they keep the activation end-to-end.
If LaunchBoom directs you to sign up at boardssey.com first and then send them a confirmation, do that, the standard Creating your Boardssey account flow is fine.
What happens after 3 months
Two paths:
You keep going on Pathfinder. No action needed, your subscription continues at the regular Pathfinder rate (USD $15/month or $150/year, equivalent in your local currency). You'll get an email reminder before the program ends so you're not surprised.
You stop or downgrade. Open the Billing Portal in your team settings and either cancel or change to Adventurer. See Update or cancel your subscription. Cancellations and downgrades are pro-rated as usual.
Your data stays in your workspace either way.
Tips & common questions
Can I combine LaunchBoom with the 14-day free trial? The LaunchBoom program replaces the trial, you don't need both. Once you're in the program you're already on Pathfinder for 3 months.
Can I upgrade to Oracle during the LaunchBoom period? Yes. Open the Billing Portal and pick Oracle. You'll be charged the difference between Pathfinder and Oracle for the remaining days. See Update or cancel your subscription for how pro-rating works.
What if my LaunchBoom relationship ends partway through? The 3-month Pathfinder access is yours for the full window once redeemed; ending your LaunchBoom relationship doesn't claw it back.
I'm a LaunchBoom client and don't see my Pathfinder access, what should I do? Reach out to LaunchBoom first. If LaunchBoom confirms you should have access and something looks wrong on the Boardssey side, message us via the in-app chat bubble or email the team.
