Boardssey has three plans, Adventurer, Pathfinder, and Oracle, and a 14-day free trial on any of them. This page walks through what's on each plan, what they cost, and how to pick.

Every plan includes unlimited seats, unlimited playtests, the External Game Catalog (your public portfolio), and the full set of Game Dev Tools (3D Mockups, Print & Play, TTS Deck Editor, Variables Distribution, and the rest).

Plans differ on three things: how many games you can create, whether you have the Whiteboard, and whether you have the Sell Sheet Designer.

Pricing is shown in your local currency at checkout. Annual billing saves the equivalent of two months on every plan.

$5/month. For solo designers and hobbyists testing their first ideas.

Adventurer covers the basics, you can create up to 5 games, run as many playtests as you want, share a public catalog, and use every Game Dev tool. Invite as many people as you'd like; seats are always unlimited.

What it doesn't include: the Whiteboard (collaborative visual canvas) or the Sell Sheet Designer. If those become important later, upgrade to Pathfinder.

Adventurer is the right starting point if you're working on one or two games and mostly want to organize and playtest.

$15/month. For active creators prototyping, pitching, and collaborating. This is the most popular plan.

If you're pitching to publishers, working with co-designers, or running multiple projects in parallel, Pathfinder is what you want.

$35/month. For studios, publishers, or teams managing multiple games.

Oracle includes everything in Pathfinder, with unlimited games. The only practical difference between Pathfinder and Oracle is the game limit, so Oracle is the right plan if you're running 20 or more games at once, typical of established publishers, studios with a back catalog, or freelancers maintaining many client portfolios.

In both cases the redemption is handled by the partner, not by Boardssey. We don't take credentials or codes in-app for these programs.

Can I switch plans later? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Account → Billing. Changes are pro-rated, so you only pay for the days you're on each plan.

What happens if I downgrade and I have more games than the new plan allows? You can't downgrade until you delete or archive games to fit the new plan's limit. Boardssey will tell you how many you need to remove. None of your data disappears; the limit only restricts creating new ones.

Do collaborators count against my plan? No. Every plan includes unlimited seats. Invite as many team members and collaborators as you need at no extra cost.

Is there a permanent free tier? No. The free path into Boardssey is the 14-day trial. After that, you pick a paid plan to continue.

Are the 15 small tools gated? No, every plan includes all the Game Dev tools (Carton Marks, Dieline Generator, Mockups, P&P Cards Layout, TTS Deck Editor, Variables Distribution, etc.). The two gated features are the Whiteboard and the Sell Sheet Designer, both of which require Pathfinder or Oracle.

Can I cancel during the trial? Yes. Cancel anytime before day 15 and you won't be charged. After day 15 you'll be billed for the plan you picked.

What currencies do you support? 13 currencies (USD, CAD, EUR, BRL, JPY, KRW, CNY, GBP, MXN, AUD, NZD, TWD, THB). If your country isn't listed, billing falls back to USD.
